Original and limited-edition artwork listed with free insured shipping ships at no charge within the contiguous United States. Each piece is double-boxed, fully insured for its purchase price, and requires an adult signature on delivery.

For Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international delivery, please contact support@fancyape.com for a shipping quote before purchasing.

Prints made to order are produced and shipped by our professional print lab. Shipping options and costs for these items are shown at checkout.

Artwork typically ships within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Damage in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email support@fancyape.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and the packaging. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved. We will repair, replace, or refund damaged items.

Returns

Shipped artwork may be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is in the same condition it arrived, in its original packaging. Please contact support@fancyape.com before sending a return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance. Refunds are issued once the artwork is received and inspected.

Prints made to order are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.

In-Person Purchases

For in-person purchases, you are purchasing the actual artwork as displayed. In-person artwork purchases are final sale, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
