  • Physical art and prints are fulfilled by our partners (e.g., Bay Photo Labs) or by us for select items.
  • Delivery times vary by product and destination. Carrier or customs delays are outside our control.

4) Returns & Refunds

All sales are final because each piece is made to order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement or another fair solution. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at art@fancyape.com.

5) Digital Art & NFTs

  • Digital downloads and NFTs are non-refundable once delivered or transferred.
  • Purchasing a digital asset does not grant rights to reproduce, resell, or modify beyond the stated license.

6) Intellectual Property

“Fancy Ape™,” “Canvas to Crypto™,” and related logos, designs, and artworks are trademarks of The Composition Group LLC. Do not use our branding or content without written permission.

7) Limitation of Liability

  • We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee all descriptions, colors, or availability are perfect.
  • We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or issues caused by third-party services.
