About the Artwork
Turquoise and slate-blue waves come ashore from a low horizon, with a bright line of white spray across the center. In the lower right, a diagonal band of tan and golden sand meets pale foam spreading across the lower left. The upper half is a misty sky moving from warm ochre to pale cream. The water and foam are built up in raised, textured paint, while the sky is smoother and more blended, keeping the tall composition calm and airy.

Construction and Presentation
The painted canvas is mounted to board and set inside a floating frame with no glazing. Two metal hanging brackets are installed on the back.

Observed Details: Small wood scratch on the back center brace and a small dark speck in the upper-right sky.
